Salad with Chickpeas. Ingredients: 200 gr Chickpeas, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 1/2 bunch parsley, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt. Preparation: Soak chickpeas for 14 h in water, and then cook not less than 1 hour. Cut the vegetables into medium-sized cubes, mix them with water drained from chickpeas, add chopped parsley, olive oil and salt.
